Property services are provided by our experienced property professionals and leasing portfolio managers. The projects for this team range from simple single lease renewals to complex projects involving the assignment and novation of many hundreds of leases under national portfolios. With support from the Project Management team our Property team ensure they deliver in a timely and professional manner.
Property Consultants
Bringing solid experience working within the telecommunications industry, our Property Consultants are skilled negotiators. They identify and negotiate the property rights required to enable the development and evolution of network sites and infrastructure upgrades.
Whilst they spend their day building effective relationships with our clients and networking with land and property owners, our Property Consultants also build and maintain relationships with their Catalyst team mates, made up of Town Planners, Project Engineers and Project Management.
No two days are ever the same when influencing outcomes with land and property owners.
