Project Management

Project Management is responsible for managing the delivery of our projects, on time and within budget, in line with the terms agreed with our Clients. Internally, you will work within one of Catalyst’s multi-disciplinary project teams comprising of Planning, Property, and Project Engineering. Externally, you will work with our Clients, ensuring we manage and meet their expectations, communicate updates regularly and remove obstacles to delivery wherever possible.

Project Managers

Our Project Managers are the core communication link between our business and our clients and are essential to ensuring the operational delivery of the projects we have committed to. Project Management best practice indicates that a good PM will spend approximately 80% of his/her time communicating, rather than doing – so outstanding communications skills are a must.

Our Project Managers have a key role to play in creating a strong project team. They are excellent leaders, mentors and coaches, continuing to challenge and develop their team members abilities, both technically and professionally. Naturally financial acumen, project planning, and strategic thinking are also key requirements.
