Engineering is the engine room of our operations (pun intended). With our focus being SAED (Site Acquisition Environment and Design), the engineering design process is the key output our clients look to us to provide. Our engineering function has several specialty focus areas: Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, RF Engineering and Project Engineering.

The Electrical and Structural geniuses sit within our National Design Team and provide expertise in relation to the electrical or structural requirements for our clients’ wireless telecommunications sites. They work across multiple clients and multiple state locations.
Our talented RF Engineers provide high quality, independent EME RF assessments. Holding NATA accreditation, they are able to provide analysis and modelling of EME exclusion zones, design the EME drawings, and also provide the compliance documentation. Supporting multiple clients across multiple state locations, we are very proud of our RF team.
Our Project Engineers reside within our local Project Management teams, and usually focus on one client and within one stream of work, either Greenfield or RANCAP and Upgrades. Our Project Engineers use both their engineering knowledge and expertise together with their strong facilitation and coordination skills to ensure that all the technical design inputs are received and quality checked before moving forward.
They all share the same committed path placing a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency with an end goal to delivery excellence.
